Judah A. Zelmanovitz, Esq.

Judah’s extensive experience in the acquisition, development and management of large multifamily buildings, residential complexes, and development projects enable him to provide valuable input and oversight on Axial’s endeavors. Judah also applies his wealth of knowledge pertaining to financing transactions, including mortgage loans, bridge and construction loans, mezzanine and preferred equity transactions to propel Axial’s growth. Judah received his JD from Fordham University School of Law in 2005, and has been admitted to the bars of the states of New York and New Jersey since 2006.

Esther Ekstein
VP Accounts Receivable
Esther is responsible for accounts receivable and leasing in all of our in-state properties. She interacts with tenants, brokers, and governmental agencies with finesse and meticulous attention to detail. Her warm and engaging approach yields exceptional results, and she is the consummate team player. In addition to her years of experience in the real estate industry, she has spent many years in the financial services sector as a licensed stock broker.

As the Controller at Axial, Abe is responsible for overseeing a wide range of financial functions, including accounting, quarterly reporting, payroll, bank reconciliations, and more. With his meticulous attention to detail, Abe ensures that all financial operations are conducted with the utmost accuracy. Drawing on his extensive experience in public accounting, as well as years of hands-on work in real estate as a team manager overseeing the finances of a 25,000 unit portfolio, Abe brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

As the Chief Investment Officer at our firm, Gabe is responsible for overseeing our acquisitions and asset management. Gabe leverages his ability to identify untapped value to play an essential role in our firm's success. Nick Goldbaum
New Jersey Regional Director
Overseeing Axial’s largest portfolio, Nick is responsible for the daily management of over 60 properties. Nick brings a wealth of knowledge from his vast experience, including working in the NY metro region for the past 7 years. He leverages this along with his vast connections to many regional vendors increasing efficiency and generating substantial savings. Nick’s professional conduct ensures that every tenant is treated with dignity and respect.
Shmuel (Sam) Weisbord
Director of Capital Projects
Overseeing all of our construction operations through our sister company Axial Construction, Sam is responsible for projects in their entirety from planning, designing, and permitting to organizing and managing crews and subcontractors. Sam’s ability to actively manage large out-of-state projects gives Axial a competitive advantage. He incorporates technology and creativity to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.

Overseeing our Texas portfolio, Israel manages his portfolio with a high level of professionalism and expertise.
